What is a Blinkie?
I was asked by a reader what a Blinkie was so I thought I’d sit here and write a little post on the “Blinkie”.
Blinkies” are coupons distributed in stores by SmartSource Coupon Machines; the nickname “blinkie” refers to the machines blinking light designed to attract your attention while walking down the aisles. Machines typically provide a coupon directly in front of the product.in the coupon world is a coupon that comes out of a machine at the grocery store. You might have seen them but never knew what they were. This is what one looks like

These can be used anywhere they take manufacture coupons unless it says to be used at that specific store. They dont double nor triple!! You can also place them in the slot provided at the top if you pull it out and you realize you dont need it.
What is a TearPad?
A Tearpad is a pad of coupons or rebates that are usually where the products are being displayed or on the shelf of where the product sits. Below is an example of a Tear Pad.
What is a Peelie?
These coupons are attached directly on the package. They usually need to be taken off right before checkout. Sometimes I’ve forgotten about them and the cashier didn’t catch it either so best to do when your checking out!!! Below is an example of Peelies on Products!
